Selah Labs empowers women with science-backed wellness solutions and health education

Selah (pronounced SEE-luh or SAY-luh) is an ancient Hebrew word that means "pause." It’s meant to be a moment to reflect, reset, and move forward with intention. 

That’s the goal behind Selah Labs. We want to give woman an opportunity to pause, reset, and move forward reclaiming their health and vitality.

We believe that every woman deserves to feel in tune with her body and empowered in her wellbeing. That’s why we combine the latest clinical research with careful sourcing to deliver women's health supplements that are best in class: safe, effective, clean, and transparent.

We choose all our ingredients based on peer-reviewed scientific research. We partner with clinical experts for review to ensure formulations are safe and effective. Our solutions are formulated to target the root causes of women's health issues, and not just the symptoms, so that we can partner with women in their health journey sustainably.

We trace all our ingredients from source to the jar. We keep a no list, which we are strict about: no unnecessary fillers, no un-needed binders, and no artificial additives. We use unbiased third party testing to confirm efficacy and ingredient integrity.

Sustainably Built

We intend to keep our planet healthy too! From our recyclable glass jars, recyclable PET lids, and post-consumer recycled outer packaging, we are working to shrink our eco-footprint and keep our planet clean.

Impact Driven

A portion of proceeds from Selah Labs purchases supports global women's health through our partnership with Days for Girls and The Pad Project, who are working to increase access to menstrual products and education for women in need.
